TREE HOUSE TRIPLEX
An enthusiastic uncle fond of hosting large family parties sought to build a bachelor pad fit for kids to play in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. Formerly two units, this reimagined triplex was equipped with a custom treehouse clad in reclaimed cedar while an electric train was installed to navigate the ceiling perimeter. Chic but durable textiles were chosen for the furnishings, ensuring functional but sophisticated spaces for adults and children alike.
